FSCE Trained/Job Coached Referrals At Work

First Step Community Empowerment (FSCE) provides occupational training consultations, referrals to training providers, job placement assistance, pre/post-employment job coaching, and wrap-around services/resources.  

FSCE assists training providers in coordinating short-term occupational training in high-demand industries based on demands/trends and preferred industry-standard certificates/certifications. FSCE works closely with training providers in these occupations: 

- On the job construction training

- Insurance Claims Associates\

- Industrial Truck (Forklift)

- Warehouse logistics

These workforce training initiatives evolved due to the need for skilled talent in the workforce. The training provided is facilitated by professional and qualified Instructors through Dallas College and other training providers based on the industry. In return, the need-based training creates a work-ready talent pool for employers.

- Class A CDL drivers 

- Solar Panels

- Flaggers

- On-the-Job Training/Paid On-the-Job Training

- General construction laborers

- Sanitation
